Is lyno available for free and public use?

No, lyno doesn't provide free services; we only offer unleashed premium technology to dear customers.

How can I pay for lyno?

How much does lyno cost?

lyno costs either USD 5 monthly or USD 15 one-time.

Can I transfer lyno to another server?

Yes, if you can show the receipt and the server that the bot is in.

What if I want the bot to leave a server, but transfer later?

You can open a ticket in our Discord Server and request that the bot subscription be paused. Once you have decided on a new server, you can make another ticket and request that the bot be transferred. (with receipt)

If I've already transferred the bot once, can I transfer it again?

No. As per our policy, you are only permitted one transfer per subscription. You will have to purchase another subscription for the new server.

I didn't buy the bot, but I have it on my server. Can I transfer it?

No, to transfer the bot, you must be the original customer we have on record. We hold the right to refuse any transfer that isn't requested by the original customer.

What happens if I do not want to continue paying monthly?

If you no longer wish to continue your monthly subscription, you can end it by making a ticket in the Discord Server, providing us with your server ID, and stating that you no longer want to pay. Your subscription will still be valid until the end of the period you have paid for, but you will not be charged/notified anymore.

Where can I receive help if I'm confused or have any questions?

If you have any questions or need support regarding the bot and its features, we have a Dedicated support channel. For urgent and more serious matters, you can also make a ticket.

I no longer want or use lyno, can I get a refund?

No, we do not provide any refunds as Terms of Service provided.
